Sylvia passed away peacefully on 2nd May, surrounded by family and friends.  She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her, especially her daughters Janet and Eileen, son in law Bob and her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Sylvia was born in Ross on Wye, but spent most of her life in Banbury after marrying her 'Freddy'.  She was an Auxiliary Nurse at the Horton General Hospital for over 20 years.  Many holidays were spent with her family in America, the last one being at the ripe old age of 95.

Her passions were her garden, baking delicious cakes, sewing, knitting and crocheting blankets for her grandchildren and great grandchildren
